Kasumi has many great qualities about her. She can cook very well. She keeps an exceptional home. She keeps her composure during all sorts of adversity, even though she has had to take on the duties of her late mother, and has had to take care of her father and two sisters, along with a couple of freeloading guests. (ranma and Genma - 'Hey! What the hell???') Some say Kasumi Tendo has some sort of martial arts ability, but this has yet to be proven. Now, Kasumi does have some sort of wicked attraction about her...attraction to the point where the neighborhood doctor goes totally nuts everytime he either sees her or talks to her on the phone. Now that's gotta be wicked attraction, when you can get a man totally off his game. So I guess with all she has to offer, even though a lot of it remains in the background, it is apparantly good enough to bring Kasumi Tendo to number 19."
Kasumi apparently does something else in her spare time. When she's not cooking, cleaning, or taking care of family and freeloaders (ranma and Genma - 'Rich! What the f#@&???'), she goes out and kicks a few people's butts! She has the moves of a ninja, yet still remains sweet and polite after a good ass-whoopin'. Gomen nasai...daijobu? or I'm sorry...are you all right? can be heard from Kasumi sometimes after she kicks your butt. We're not sure if it's a question of sarcasm, or a question of sincerity and concern, but it is pretty funny to hear, especially after a quick fight. Rumor has it that Xelloss Metallium tried to hit on Kasumi while he was visiting ranma and Genma, and ended up getting his ass kicked in the Tendo Dojo. ranma and Genma were heard to remark that there is no way either of them would mess with Kasumi. ranma did want to make sure she was included somewhere in the Top 20."
